Andrés worked with The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR), the peak professional body for radiologists and radiation oncologists across Australia and New Zealand, to improve how the organisation communicates with members and stakeholders.
Reviewing the College’s digital ecosystem, member channels and content processes, Andrés identified opportunities to strengthen content ownership, reduce duplication and simplify the information architecture so members could complete key tasks more easily.
Rather than focusing on channel tactics, he designed a communications system to guide how information is created, organised and delivered across RANZCR’s digital platforms. This introduced clearer governance for digital content and prioritised member task completion.
The work established an operating framework for managing communications and identified priority improvements to the website to better support member journeys.

Over two years, Andrés led an inter-agency team to create and implement the first digital consumer content program for Destination NSW (DNSW). He identified activity streams aligned to the customer journey, differentiating between the needs of first-time and repeat travellers to NSW and Sydney.
Drawing on 24 months’ data across social media, search, category reviews, consumer research, and consultation with 40+ DNSW and industry voices, the goal was to unify all DNSW digital consumer content channels to make it simpler for visitors to design and book their trip.
Andrés then led a cross-agency team, running a range of work streams to help ensure successful adoption of the program, putting new, streamlined workflows in place so all teams could easily contribute and benefit from program-wide insights.
The program also contributed intel for website updates, ran pilots to bring new channels online, retired low-impact and resource-draining activities to make marketing to consumers simpler and more effective, and created a bespoke measurement model, highlighting the value of content to the NSW visitor economy.
